OUR GOAL Our goal at Gibson Images is to provide high quality photos at an affordable price. Whether it is a portrait or a photo from a sporting event, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why at Gibson Images, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of your photos, please let us know and we will gladly refund 100% of the photo price. PRODUCT We print all of our portraits on Kodak Professional Endura paper. The photos can be printed on our standard e-surface or metallic paper types with eight different texture choices. E-surface paper with a matte finish is our default printing finish for portraits. You can choose from standard digital print sizes or have any custom size printed at your convenience. PROOFS For all portraits, your photo album is uploaded to our website and can be password protected so that you can control who has access to view your photos. This album will be kept viewable for 60 days from the date it appears online. Photos posted to the online album are shown as small thumbnails and at low resolution with our Gibson Images watermark. Spiral bound proof portfolios are also available of each photo shoot for $25 each. PRICING We are committed to low pricing at Gibson Images. Therefore, we do our best to keep the cost of each print as low as possible. All of our portrait photos are edited and professionally color corrected. There is a $25 per hour sitting fee for each photo session. This fee not only pays for the photographer’s time and travel, but also for the time spent editing your photo order. ORDER PROCESSING Typically, once your order is placed, it is entered into the computer within 2-3 days. There are certain situations to where there might be a delay. However, those times are infrequent and you will be notified of any delay in your order. Simply fill out the online order form and after your order is placed into the system, you will receive an invoice or payment receipt via email. SHIPPING When available, our preferred delivery method for shipping is FedEx Priority Overnight. However, in some instances we will use the United States Postal Service. A nominal fee of $6.00 is added to your order for either shipping method. Also, another option is to arrange a pick up your order directly from us at no charge. PAYMENT Payment is due prior to the shipping of your photos. However, special arrangements can be made at the time of your order by contacting us. Once your order has arrived, please look over each photo and contact us if you are not completely satisfied. After placing an order, we offer several different payment methods to choose from.
